With the Logosol Stack Cutter, what used to take a whole day can now be accomplished in half an hour! This machine empowers you to obtain professional results without the high investment cost of larger machines. Our stack cutters method of vertical sawing with a fixed guide bar allows the operator to achieve results within a tolerance range of +/- 2 mm. Larger and more expensive machines use the same vertical cutting method that the smaller and less expensive Logosol Stack Cutter offers. This high degree of precision can not be obtained with our competitors machines that utilize the pivoting guide bar method.

Logosol offers stack cutters that utilize guide bar lengths of either 120 cm or 150 cm (47"or 59"). Sawing is accomplished with an ordinary 3/8" cutting chain driven by a three-phase 5kW motor. An automatic oil pump connected to a large see-through oil reservoir performs cutting chain lubrication. The guide bar is raised and lowered by means of a hand-operated crank that is both simple and reliable.

In accordance with our corporate ideology, the Logosol Stack Cutter is a reasonably priced piece of equipment that achieves professional results. It takes up a minimum amount of shop space, yet it is able to cut a substantial stack measuring 1.5 m x 1.5 m (5 ft x 5 ft). Our stack cutter is easy to set up and effortlessly moved around the shop. And most important, an operator can quickly make back their investment cost and be on the road to profit!

Logosol Rip Saw - Indispensable when processing oversized logs

THE LOGOSOL RIP SAW is used in coordination with your shops industrial circular saw. Often an operator is called upon to saw large diameter logs - larger than his circular saw alone can handle. This is when the Logosol Rip Saw becomes an indispensable addition to your shop! Have you ever found yourself in the situation where you have to turn over a log in an attempt to perfectly align your circular saw blade in order to make a second cut? Has this method failed so that you find yourself attempting more drastic and dangerous methods? For a relatively small investment in the Logosol Rip Saw, you can decrease the time required to process large diameter logs while achieving unbelievably accurate cuts, realize greater profits, and increase your shops safety.

Our ripsaw is used in coordination with your shops circular saw and provides you with the flexibility to cut logs of any diameter easily, accurately, and safely - in just one pass! The Logosol rip saw is mounted securely on a stand that places the guide bar facing down and on the same cutting line with the sawing disc. When you are processing a large diameter log your circular saw will perform its cut from the bottom/up. The rip saw is located directly behind the circular saw, and it will execute its cut from the top/down.

The Logosol Rip Saw is set up so that there is a vertical/horizontal overlapping of the rip saw & circular saw - thus ensuring a uniform and complete cut the entire length of the log. The Logosol Rip Saw uses a Picco type cutting chain that measures only 6.5 mm wide. This means that the variation in the cutting seam between the cutting disc and the rip saw will be virtually imperceptible.
